สำนักเลขาธิการอาเซียนแจ้งประชาสัมพันธ์ทุนการศึกษาจากรัฐบาลสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย โดย Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) เปิดรับสมัครผู้ที่สนใจเข้ารับทุนการศึกษาในหลักสูตรปริญญาโท “Political Economy of the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership” ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างอาเซียนและรัสเซีย ทั้งในภาครัฐ องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ภาคธุรกิจ และงานด้านการวิเคราะห์นโยบาย โดยหลักสูตรดังกล่าวเป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากความร่วมมือระหว่าง MGIMO และประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนที่ดำเนินมาอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนานกว่า 10 ปี ภายใต้โครงการด้านการศึกษา วิชาการ และวัฒนธรรมของ ASEAN Centre at MGIMO
หลักสูตรปริญญาโท “Political Economy of the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership” หลักสูตรเต็มเวลา (Full-time Program) ระยะเวลา 2 ปี จัดการเรียนการสอน ณ MGIMO กรุงมอสโก ประเทศรัสเซีย และใช้ภาษาอังกฤษตลอดหลักสูตร โดยมุ่งเน้นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง และความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคระหว่างรัสเซียและประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน ผู้ศึกษาจะได้รับความรู้และทักษะในการวิเคราะห์บทบาทของรัสเซียและอาเซียนในเศรษฐกิจโลก การเมืองระดับภูมิภาค และระดับนานาชาติ ความเข้าใจด้านการค้า การลงทุน กฎหมาย เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ และมีการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ผ่านการฝึกงานในองค์กรชั้นนำ ทั้งหน่วยงานรัฐ บริษัทเอกชน องค์การระหว่างประเทศ และสถาบันวิจัยของรัสเซียและอาเซียน รวมทั้งการพัฒนาทักษะและการแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างวัฒนธรรม การทูต และการบริหารโครงการระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนและรัสเซีย

2. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Call for Scholarship Applications for MGIMO 2026 Master’s Degree Programme
Political Economy of the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership
Application period: March 1 – July 31, 2026
The MA Degree program Political Economy of the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership
was designed to train professionals in Economics to specifically work for the benefit of ASEANRussia
relations. The two-year program is unique as no Russian or ASEAN University provides
similar curriculum. Yet, experts knowledgeable about Russian and ASEAN countries’
economics, political culture and relations are in high demand both in Russia and ASEAN
member states. The program provides students with the necessary skills for employment in
government agencies, international organizations, business analytics, and consulting. The
curriculum is best suited to those students who would like to be directly involved in promoting
ASEAN- Russia cooperation, to develop and implement joint business or socio-cultural projects.
The courses are intended to help graduates embrace their role as global citizens, entrepreneurs,
and diplomats who seek to operate in an international and multicultural environment. The
Program’s interdisciplinary approach has led to the development of several thematic courses
covering such areas as regional and global processes, macroeconomics, contemporary
international economy, ASEAN-Russia relations, as well as different aspects of international
relations, regional integration, business cultures, and digital economy with a special emphasis on
Russia and ASEAN. What is more, another goal of the programme is to build a strongly
interconnected community of students and graduates who will maintain their friendly bonds after
finishing their studies. In order to achieve this goal multiple extracurricular activities were
designed to enrich students’ university life experience.
During their studies students will:
• Learn to analyze Russia and ASEAN’s role in the world economy, global
and regional politics;
• Explore regional integration processes involving Russia and ASEAN, as
well as their political and economic development;
• Gain an understanding of the international political, trade and investment,
legal, digital, and technological dimensions of ASEAN-Russia relations;
• Learn how to apply this knowledge and analytical skills to real life
situations during internships in leading Russia and ASEAN think tanks, companies, state
agencies and NGOs;
• Be able to professionally organize political, economic, business, media and
intercultural communication between ASEAN and Russia.
Eligible candidates from all eleven ASEAN Member States may apply for a grant
(covering tuition and airfare from an ASEAN country to Moscow at the start of studies and back
upon successful completion of the Program).
